Ship/Deliver/Pick-Up *
We offer local delivery within 25 Miles of Indianapolis area for a flat rate of $125. Additionally, if you're out of state, we can ship your table using Curbside or White Glove delivery. Don't worry, you're not locked in to your answer, we just like to get a general idea of what you're thinking.

Space Barriers
If you selected Delivery above tell us a bit about what the entrance access to your space is like. Are there any barriers such as narrow doorways/tight corners/steps that we need to be aware of? This also lets us know if we can bring your piece pre-assembled or if it needs to be assembled on site.
