Warranty Term: 12 months from date of installation

Coverage:

This limited warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship related to the construction and installation of your accent wall.

What’s Covered:

• Loose boards or trim due to improper installation
• Nail pops caused by installation issues
• Paint touch-ups for install-related damage (if painting was done by us)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wood movement caused by seasonal humidity or temperature changes (e.g., small gaps or cracks at intersections)
• Expansion, contraction, or warping due to environmental factors
• Structural settling or moisture-related damage
• Paint cracking/splitting from movement if painting was not performed by us

Complimentary Touch-Up:

We offer one free touch-up visit within the first 6 months to address minor gaps or movement-related adjustments. After 6 months, additional service visits can be scheduled for a small fee.

Client Responsibility:

To minimize natural wood movement, we recommend maintaining indoor humidity between 35–55% throughout the year.
