If you need to cancel your booking, please note the following:

• You will receive a 100% refund of your deposit if you cancel within 48 hours of your initial booking.
• If you cancel after 48 hours, your deposit becomes nonrefundable. However, you may reschedule for Radford Woodworks’ next available flex date.
• Deposits for custom furniture and cabinetry are 100% nonrefundable.
• All deposits secure your project on our schedule and cover preparation and material allocation costs.
• If a client cancels a portion of their booked project and only proceeds with part of the originally agreed scope of work, the deposit amount for the cancelled portion will be forfeited.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please note the following:

• If a client reschedules less than 12 hours before their scheduled appointment, a $250 rescheduling fee will apply.
• Our schedule at Radford Woodworks is carefully organized to ensure all projects are completed on time and as promised. We kindly ask that clients provide as much notice as possible for any changes to help us avoid scheduling conflicts.
• As a small business, there may be rare occasions when unforeseen circumstances require us to adjust your appointment date. In such cases, Radford Woodworks reserves the right to offer a courtesy discount to help offset any inconvenience.

Once a deposit has been secured and your project has been booked, any changes to the original project scope or design may result in additional costs, but not a reduction in cost. Project planning, materials, and scheduling are established based on the details confirmed at booking.

We strongly encourage clients to finalize all project details prior to booking, as this allows our team to focus fully on active projects and upcoming installations without disruption.

 Custom Orders Begin Production Immediately Upon Order And Are Built To Your Specifications. They Cannot Be Cancelled, Changed, Returned, Or Refunded. A Non-refundable 50% Deposit Will Be Taken When The Order Is Placed.

 Current Estimated Turn Around Time Is 5 -7 Weeks From Date Deposit Is Received.

Most Walls Are Done In One Day Depending On Size And Complexity
